Q2. Can I have a sample order for Battery?

A: Yes, OKACC factory welcome sample order to test and check quality. Customized is available.

Q3. What about the lead time?

A: Sample needs 5~10 days, mass production time needs 3~5 weeks, it depends on order quantity.

Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for batteries?

A: Yes, we have MOQ for mass production, it depends on different item numbers. 1pc for sample checking is available.

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Usually shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.

Q6. How to proceed with an order?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.

Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.

Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places a deposit for formal order.

Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on the product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q8: Where can I get the price?

A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we’ll regard your inquiry priority.

Q9: Do you offer a guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer a 1-5 years warranty on our products.

Q10: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, OKACC products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new batteries with new orders for a small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.
